Rollins College Scholarships
In today’s world, we know that education or training beyond a high school degree isn’t just a luxury–it’s a practicality. Yet the vast majority of the families we serve at Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida lack the resources to provide college or technical training for their children.
Through a unique partnership with Rollins College, 16 deserving Boys & Girls Clubs members have been given the opportunity to attend one of the finest colleges in the Southeast at a little or no cost to their families.

Daija Davis loves music and loves to read. But she didn't always. Before coming to her Cocoa Branch Boys & Girls Club, Daija was shy and struggled in school. Her Club has helped her emerge from her shell, academically and socially. With tutoring help, she started earning good grades. Making friends has given her a new sense of optimism. Happier, more open to new opportunities, Daija discovered her creative side. Today, she dreams of attending college to become a music teacher, so that she can help other kids discover the joy of self-expression.
